PHILIPSBURG – A Philipsburg man’s garage was burglarized at his Spruce Street residence sometime between Oct. 15 and Tuesday, the Philipsburg State Police reported.
According to the report, a person(s) forced entry into a 39-year-old Philipsburg man’s garage after removing a padlock. Police said that once inside, the person(s) removed numerous items, including a leaf blower; 18-inch chainsaw; air compressor; reciprocating saw; fishing rod; weedeater; fiberglass ladder; a 154-piece socket set; 3-foot bolt cutters; two tool boxes, which were full of various mechanic hand tools; chop-off table saw; and a fishing vest with lures.
Police said that the incident is currently under investigation. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based State Police at 814-342-3370.
