The total cost of the Curwensville school building project will be $29 million over 20 years. The state reimbursement is $11 million. We, the local tax payers are responsable for $10 million plus $8 million in interest.
Is the administration and the school board members honest with the tax payers when they state “the project will cost $21 million and the local share is $10 million ” when in reality the local cost is $18 million over 20 years?
