CLEARFIELD – A man was found in possession of a hand gun at the Edgewood Apartments, the Lawrence Township Police Department reported today.
According to the report, police were dispatched for a large fight in progress. At arrival, officers stated that they found a man in possession of the aforementioned weapon. They stated that it was wrapped in several T-shirts inside a garbage can.
Police stated that the man was transported to the Clearfield County Jail. His arraignment is scheduled for today.
Police also indicated that another man who was involved in the fight was placed in jail for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
