CLEARFIELD – Wet weather has pushed work at the new Lick Run Bridge to Sunday and Monday, Aug. 30 and 31. Crews have been working this week to apply an epoxy surface treatment to the deck of the new bridge and originally expected to finish on Friday. The bridge is located on state Route 879 in Lawrence Township; about two miles north of the I-80, Clearfield/120 interchange.
During daylight hours, traffic will be restricted to one lane and short travel delays can be expected. All work is weather dependent.
PennDOT reminds motorists to move through all work zones with caution, adhere to all traffic control measures and always buckle up. For more information on roadway construction and maintenance operations, visit PennDOT Web site.
