WINSLOW TOWNSHIP – A 39-year-old Falls Creek man was severely injured in a motorcycle accident and airlifted to the Altoona Hospital at 5:20 p.m. Sunday in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.
According to the report, Bradley Reed, 39 of Falls Creek, was traveling north on state Route 950 near Copenhaver Road. Police stated that for unknown reasons his motorcycle drifted off the right side of the roadway and down an embankment. Police stated that he then struck a tree head on.
Police indicated that Reed was wearing his helmet at the time of the accident. They said that his 1988 Harley Davidson sustained severe damage as a result.
