SNYDER TOWNSHIP – A suspect in a simple assault case in Snyder Township turned himself in to police on Wednesday.
Police were searching for Ricky Lee Anderson.
According to the report, Anderson, 42, engaged in a verbal argument with his estranged wife, of Brockway. Police indicated that the dispute escalated and became physical. Anderson allegedly shoved and struck the victim, resulting in minor injuries.
Police said Anderson then fled the scene. They said the victim refused medical treatment. They said charges were filed on July 23 and a warrant was received.
