CLEARFIELD – On Thursday, Clearfield Borough Code Enforcement Officer gave a warning to residents in Clearfield Borough:
Put your garbage bags in containers.
Mack said there is a large problem in the borough with people putting their garbage curbside in bags but not putting the bags in containers. He said that according to the borough’s code, the bags must be in containers.
Mack said that due to this issue a lot of skunks and possums have popped up in the borough.
Mack said that in 10 days he’ll start fining people on the spot if their garbage bags are not in containers.
