CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Babe Ruth League 14-Year-Old All-Stars will be one of four teams vying for the District 8 championship at the State College Teener Complex this weekend.
Friday\’s 5:30 p.m. openers pit Clearfield against State College and Williamsport West End against Potter-McKean at 5:30 p.m.
On Saturday, the winner\’s bracket final and elimination bracket semifinal are set for 2 p.m., with the elimination bracket final at 5:30.
The two survivors will return Sunday for the title game at 1 p.m. If another game is needed, it will start at 4.
All games will be played on the Airport and Spectrum fields, located off West College Avenue behind the Spectrum (formerly Murata).
Fans traveling from Clearfield should turn right on West College Avenue, also Route 26 South, and then turn left on Airport Road. The teener fields sign is on the left, and Rider Auto is on the right. Continue on Airport Road until you see the fields. The Spectrum Field has lights.
Because of Arts Fest Weekend traffic, delays in downtown State College are possible.
