CLEARFIELD – On Tuesday a proposed senior housing project came one step closer to reality.
The Clearfield County Commissioners finalized a sales agreement for lot 10 at the county’s Professional Office Park on Leonard Street to the Leonard Housing Corp.
Leonard Housing Corp had an option to purchase the land for the planned construction of a 12-unit senior housing complex. A construction date has yet to be set.
