GRAHAM TOWNSHIP – State police in Clearfield reported a fatal accident that occurred Wednesday afternoon.
According to police Norman Wisor Jr., 51 of West Decatur, was traveling north on state Route 1014 on a 2005 Suzuki S50 Boulevard. For unknown reasons he lost control of his vehicle and crossed into the southbound lane. He struck the front end of a vehicle operated by John D. Berkley, 65 of Jennerstown, who was driving a 1999 GMC Sierra K2500.
Police stated that Wisor suffered life threatening injuries and died as a result of the accident. Police reported that it was unknown if his helmet was worn. Berkley and his two passengers were wearing their seat belts.
The reporting trooper noted that he was assisted by Cpl. Beers, Tpr. Jones, Morris Township Emergency Medical Services, Moshannon Valley EMS and the Morris/Cooper Fire Police.
