CURWENSVILLE – A trout stocking will take place on May 19 at the Curwensville Civic Center.
This stocking will be in honor of the outstanding Curwensville Golden Tide Girl’s softball team, who will also participate in the trout stocking. People are advised to bring their family and friends and camera to join the fund.
There will be on tagged trout stocked that is worth $100 to anyone who catches it. Jack Woolridge of Clearfield donated the money for this trout.
The stocking will take place courtesy of: Lezzer Lumber, GFWC Curwensville Women’s Club, David and Cindy Donahue, Joshua Sipes Post 505 Curwensville American Legion, McDonald Lawn and Landscaping, Samuel J. Lansberry Inc. and James and Linda Harzinski.
The stocking is set to begin at 5 p.m.
