Dear Fellow Borough Council Members and Free Citizens of Clearfield County,
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will to support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.”
Elected officials at all levels took that oath and I would like to bring certain unsavory issues to light and address just what we as the elected body serving the people of Curwensville are willing to do about them. To our friends across Clearfield County, I ask that you consider this note as well and as yourself what part you play in holding YOUR local and county officials to account.
Our country is reaping the consequences for the failures of our elected officials on every level to heed their oath of office.
How many citizens in our area have lost money during this economic crisis? Why has Congress given billions of dollars to bailout the banks in direct oposition to the vast number of our citizens? Where in the Constitution did “we the people” grant Congress the power to give money to failing banks? Where is the money coming from to bailout the banks? It’s coming out of thin air, as Congress goes to an increasingly powerful private Federal Reserve which is no more federal than Federal Express, and it has no reserves.
A Federal Reserve Note is nothing but fiat currency. What are we as elected officials going to do to address these violations of the United States Constitution? Is it not your job to support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States?
The First Amendment to the US Constitution states that Congress shall make no law…abridging the right of the people … to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Do you believe that government has a responsibility to answer petitions for redress of grievances?
In the Declaration of Independence Thomas Jefferson listed twenty some complaints the colonist had with King George and then stated, ” In every stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury. A Prince, whose Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People.”
This notion was one of the reasons our founding fathers fought a revolution to gain freedom from this oppression.
There are citizens living in this area who have petitioned the federal government concerning:
-The Invasion of Iraq without a Declaration of War by Congress
-The unconstitutional, privately-owned Federal Reserve
-The unconstitutional use of a fiat, debt-based paper currency
-The unconstitutional bailout of private financial institutions (TARP, AIG, etc.)
-The USA Patriot Act which violates the Bill of RightsThe unconstitutional direct, unapportioned (income) taxes on the labor of American workers (i.e., slave taxes)
-The failure to enforce our existing Immigration laws
-The collusion to create an unconstitutional “North American Union” also known as the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America
-The infringement on the 2nd Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms
-The legally and morally unjustifiable Foreign Policy
-The secret computerized voting depriving the Right to Count the Votes
-The National ID Cards/RFID tracking restricting free travel and infringing privacy
-The unconstitutional Executive Orders & “Signing Statements”
-The unconstitutional “Welfare State”
-The denial of the Right of Jury Nullification & Informed Juries
-The Unconstitutional seizures of private property for private uses and
-The refusal to require legal evidence establishing “natural born” citizenship status to hold the Office of President.
This list being just a few among many issues of concern to American’s today.
What are we, as Curwensville Borough Council Members, going to do ensure our elected officials in Washington, and Harrisburg as well, answer our petitions and duly represent us according to the Constitution? To our friends across Clearfield County I ask what are YOUR local and County elected officials doing to ensure our elected officials in Washington, and Harrisburg are held to their Oath of Office? Is it not our job as elected officials at all levels to support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth?
The First Amendment to the US Constitution also states that Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or the press, or the right of the people to peaceably to assemble.
As of February 2009, Homeland Security has established and supports 58 fusion centers around the country in 23 States, and the regions of New York City, Los Angeles and Dallas.
The Homeland Security Data Network, which allows the federal government to move information and intelligence to the states at the Secret level allows staff members to access National Counter-terrorism Center, a classified portal of the most current terrorism-related information.
The Missouri Information Analysis Center report dated 20 February 2009 and titled, “MIAC Strategic Report: The Modern Militia Movement.” exemplifies the problem we face. In this dreadfully malicious and slanderous “law enforcement sensitive” secret police report, Missouri Governor Jeremiah (Jay) Nixon; John Britt, Director of the Missouri Department of Public Safety; James Keathley, Colonel, Missouri State Highway Patrol; and Van Godsey, Director of Information Analysis Center categorize certain citizens as being potential violence-prone “militia members.”
According to their report, if you oppose:
The United Nations
The New World Order
Gun Control
The violation of Posse Comitatus
The Federal Reserve
The Income Tax
The Ammunition and Accountability Act
A possible Constitutional Convention
The North American Union
Universal Service Program
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
Abortion
Illegal Immigration
or show bumper stickers supporting Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, or Bob Barr, you could qualify for being profiled as a potential dangerous “militia member.”
In Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency provides Terrorism Awareness and Prevention Training in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health as a Crime Prevention & Safety Initiative which is making similar statements regarding people who may oppose gun control, believe the first ten amendments of the Constitution are “God-given” rights, believe U.S. sovereignty is being surrendered to a world body and other pro-constitutional beliefs.

Most recently a letter was sent to Senator Robert Casey signed by over 30 PA State Representatives vehemently addressing the most recent discovery of DHS documents further identifying constitutionalists, veterans, 2nd Amendment advocates and even “alternative media” outlets as potentially dangerous to the country.
These reports, include a recent “Advisory” issued by the DHS as well as their “Domestic Extremism Lexicon” which defines certain terms and groups for law enforcement to consider in their search for domestic terrorism.
Recently, I wrote our Representative as to why he did not sign on to that letter. Although I would love to share this with you, the reply I received in writing included a request by him to keep the correspondence “personal and confidential.”
What are we as Curwensville Borough Council Members doing to insure our right to speak and peaceably assembly without being profiled as a potential dangerous “militia member.” What are we on Curwensville Borough Council doing to ensure that our State and Federal Representatives are addressing these most pressing concerns directly and vigorously? To our friends across Clearfield County I ask what are YOUR local and County elected officials doing to ensure our elected officials in Washington, and Harrisburg are held to their Oath of Office? Is it not our job as elected officials at all levels to support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth?
And finally, The fourth amendment to the US Constitution states that the people have a right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures. Today, PennDOT has already converted you driver’s license face picture into a biometric number and its storing it in a shared database.
The United States is among the top five countries that have ongoing high-tech surveillance systems aimed directly on their citizens. We join the likes of Russia, China, Singapore, and England as one of the most highly spied-upon citizenry.
With a high resolution Closed Caption TV camera, an operator can capture your picture as you walk down the street or through an airport, convert that picture into a biometric number and compare it to the database and bingo they know who you are and everything about you stored in the database.
Learn more about what PenDOT is doing currently to advance the federal RealID program and how they are implementing biometric tracking systems across the Commonwealth and investigate what your State Reps are doing to oppose these programs. Get involved and ask your local officials to act in support of freedom.
President Obama stated during his campaign, “We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a Civilian National Security Force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.”
This Civilian National Security Force will consist of individuals from 18 to 25 years old. Are we headed down the road of a military police state being aided by a high-tech prison grid of our own making?
What are we as Curwensville Borough Council Members going to do to stop the ever-increasing police state we are seeing rise up against our free citizens? To our friends across Clearfield County I ask what are YOUR local and County elected officials doing to ensure our elected officials in Washington, and Harrisburg are held to their Oath of Office? Is it not our job as elected officials at all levels to support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth?
Your elected officials at a local, county, state and federal level have all taken an oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution and the Pennsylvania Constitution. There is no doubt in my mind that we are loosing our country to well financed cabal of international bankers and elitists who have enormous influence on our elected officials in Washington DC and in Harrisburg for that matter. In larger cities across the nation the corruption extends to the local offices as well. May I suggest good citizen that you research the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission and the Bilderburg Group, and the topic widely known in certain groups as the “New World Order”? Learn more. Be brave. Spread the information that you learn with your elected officials on all levels and encourage them to stand up for the cause of freedom every opportunity they get.
You won’t need to go far into “conspiracy theorist” writings or websites. You just need to read the news headlines and connect the dots that move well beyond the accepted, yet false, left-right paradigm. The “conspiracy theory” of old has become conspiracy fact and our country is in a desperate state.
The best place to stop this assault on or liberties is through our State government. I encourage you to communicate with our elected officials in Harrisburg and convey our concerns over what is happening in our country and add more concerns to this list if you have others. I encourage you to participate actively in grass-roots movements to address these concerns and to live up to your oath of office through direct action.
In this critical time we must encourage our leaders that see clearly to use their vision bravely and according to their Oath of Office and we must likewise identify our leadership that is self-serving and ignoring the bigger picture for whatever reason. We must wait no longer. We must organize. We must get active. We must hold our elected officials to account on all levels.
You can do this by bringing these issues up at every level of public meeting. Get the information out into the public mindset through your vocal assertions that your elected representatives on all levels directly address the Constitutional Crisis we’re facing and demand that they take direct action on behalf of the people they promised to represent in accordance with the Constitution of the US and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Get the facts, ask the tough questions, and get involved. Then revisit this issue in about one month to hear what they have done or plan to do to support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth. When you show up at these meetings, bring a camcorder and record the proceedings. Put the truth out on the web and network with other concerned citizens. Support those elected officials who support the Constitution and freedom. Those who do not, shine the light of independent citizen media upon them. You have a right and duty to do such things.
In closing I encourage all to please do your own research on these and other subjects of concern to you. Don’t take my or other people’s words as fact or play into media or political manipulation. Look up the facts for yourself and remember that the ultimate responsibility for the future of our country and your community lies directly with you. You must challenge convention and break out beyond the false left-right paradigm. Alternative media sources are a great place to start your research and educational efforts. Look up some of the terms given here and keep an open mind to what you find and then share this information at every level in your community. You have the power of not only the vote, but to hold your elected officials directly to account. If they fail to do so, replace them with someone who will fight on every level at every opportunity for the sovereignty and freedom of this great nation and it’s people.
As we begin the local election cycle again next week with the primaries, I ask all of you to please take your responsibility as a free U.S. citizen to challenge your government at every level to remember and uphold their Oath of Office.
