HYDE – Unplayable field conditions forced the postponement of the Clearfield Area High School baseball and softball games with District 9 Northern Allegany League opponent Brookville Wednesday.
Neither game has been rescheduled, according to athletic director Jon Mikesell.
Both teams will play Friday.
Coach Sid Lansberry\’s Bisons (2-4) begin defense of their 2008 Dean Patterson Curve Classic championship against Central Penn League rival Hollidaysburg at Altoona\’s Blair County Ballpark at 12:30 p.m.
Coach Bob Dixon\’s Lady Bisons (1-4) will renew their backyard rivalry with undefeated Curwensville at the Bison Sports Complex at 4:15 p.m.
