HARRISBURG – Gov. Edward G. Rendell ordered all Pennsylvania flags at commonwealth facilities throughout the state to be flown at half-staff through and including Saturday, April 11, to honor three Pittsburgh city police officers who were killed in the line of duty on Saturday, April 4.
