HOUTZDALE – State police in Clearfield are investigating a death that occurred at the State Correctional Institution in Houtzdale.
According to police the death occurred on Saturday between 7:40 a.m. and 8:48 a.m. The victim is a 34-year-old Philadelphia man.
No other information was provided by police other than the investigation into the incident continues.
