MORRIS TOWNSHIP – The Clearfield-based State Police reported a two-vehicle accident that resulted in serious injuries for a Morrisdale woman on Tuesday morning in Morris Township.
Beth Bubb, 41 of Morrisdale, sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident.
According to the report, Bubb was traveling on state Route 53, when she lost control of her vehicle on the icy roadway. Her vehicle, then, entered the southbound lane and struck a vehicle that was driven by Linda Jean Butler, 60 of Clearfield.
Butler sustained minor injuries in the accident. Both women were transported to the Clearfield Hospital for treatment.
Police were assisted at the scene by the Moshannon Valley Emergency Medical Services and both the Morris Township Fire Company and Fire Police.
