Dear Editor,
This election will prove to be the first time that many Pennsylvanians will vote in a presidential election. They were just little ones 18 – to – 20 years ago. There is another large group of people from our state who are not registered and will not vote in the November election. This group is comprised of both males and females all of whom could have claimed Pennsylvania as their home two decades ago. They are blonds, brunettes- some even had naturally curly red hair. Their fingerprints are not registered with the FBI. Oh, how their hearts would race when their moms got excited about politics and who is winning in elections from bygone years. None of these native sons and daughters will be voting, because their mothers all believed in something others call ”pro-choice”. Their hearts stopped beating. Their fingers were thrown away. Their hair was never combed or caressed by their mothers. I imagine I know how these young people would vote in the current election if they were still alive today.
Sincerely,
Dan Manka
