DUBOIS – With the winter season on its way, the DuBois City Police Department urges motorists to travel with caution.
Police would like to remind motorists that:
• the windshield, rear and side windows must be clear of snow and ice, while the vehicle is being operated.
• head lamps are required to be in use, while the windshield wipers are on in continuous or intermittent operation due to precipitation or atmospheric moisture, including rain, snow, sleet or mist.
Also, Halloween hours are this Friday from 5 – 7 p.m. Police encourage motorists to be cautious of pedestrian traffic as always.
