Concerning Tolling I-80: As far as “What can we do?”, if you think this is a bad idea, take the time, and email or write or call your legislators and the governor, and tell them you disagree, and that you will vote against them in their next election if they support the tolling.
And convince some friends or family to do the same. If we don’t, the Philly-Pittsburgh bunch will shove this down our rural throats.
