Terry Rayko and Billy Eash led the late models to the start with Rayko leading the first lap. Rick Strong came from third to take the lead on the second lap with Rayko in second. On lap five Dave Satterlee took second and set his sights on Strong. The duo battled side-by-side for a few laps, with Satterlee using his patented outside groove, and finally taking the lead on lap 12. Once out fron the continued to set the pace, with Strong still in second and Shawn McGarvey comeing from 19th to battle for a top five position. At the finish it was Satterlee winning, Strong was second Rodney Phillips moved from 10th to third with Eash fourth and McGarvey in fifth. Heat race wins went to Billy Eash and Terry Rayko.
The Fastrak Late Model series was in action with a 25 lap special with Alan Dellinger and Dick Barton on the front row of the 24 car field. Dellinger took the lead and had Barton second for the entire race. Rusty Moore was third for much of the race, before he crashed on lap 19. That crash scattered the field with Moore, Tommy Snyder who was fourth. The crash sent a lot of the top 10 either to the pits or the rear of the field and changed the complexion of the event.
When the race resumed it was still Dellinger in the lead with Barton second and John Lacki third and Justin Kann fourth. The top four were jockeying for position with Chris Angelicchio coming from sixth with just five laps left. As the race ended, Dellinger took the win with Barton second, Lacki third, Angelicchio fourth and Kann fifth. Heat wins went to Gary Stahl, Bobby Powell, Dick Barton and John Lacki. The twin B mains went to Tom Snyder and Chad Myers.
Tyler Hite and Ray Charles led the street stocks to the start with Hite taking the lead and Charles in second and Jim Boyer in third. Hite led until lap three, then as the field worked the fourth lap, Boyer took the lead and kept Hite and Mike Laughard in tow, but when the checkered flag waved it was all Boyer with Hite, Laughard, Charles and Nick Goss completing the top five. Heat wins went to Jim Boyer and Nick Goss.
The pure stock feature saw Rich Powell and John Mazey on the front row with Powell taking the lead and going flag-to-flag for his third straight win. As Powell set the pace, he had Mazey, Marshall Detwiler, Tim Laughard and Justin Queen all battling for second through fifth, with Laughard and Mazey trading positions and Detwiler and Queen swapping spots, but Queen suffered a flat and fell off the pace, but the fight at the front was still going strong with Powell winning over Mazey, Laughard, Matt Summers and Detwiler. Heat wins went to Marshall Detwiler and Justin Queen.
The four cylinders went green with all zero’s on the front row, Jason Bialowas and Cory Kilgore led the field to the start and it was Bialowas who took the lead and held off Brennan McCracken the whole race. As the fight at the front was going on Adam Laughard was sneaking his way into the top five and was third early in the race but he couldn’t get the leaders reeled in. At the waving of Bob Sullingers checkered flag it was Bialowas with his second straight win over McCracken, Laughard, Jesse Laughard and Kilgore. Heat wins went to Jason Bialowas, Brennan McCracken and Tom Pavelko. Jeremy Merten won the B-main.
