DUBOIS – Following a domestic dispute on Friday night, a 30-year-old Brockport man faces charges, the DuBois State Police reported.
He was charged with five counts of discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, five counts of simple assault, five counts of recklessly endangering another person, one count of terroristic threats and one count of harassment.
According to the report, the man allegedly brandished a 38 special revolver during a dispute with a 23-year-old DuBois woman, firing the gun once into the ceiling of his living room and four times into the floor. He also allegedly shoved the woman and threatened to use the weapon on her.
He was arraigned at the office of Magistrate Richard Beck in Brookville. Bail was set at $100,000 straight. He was unable to post bail and transported to the Jefferson County Jail, where he awaits his preliminary hearing.
