DuBois – The Downtown DuBois Design Committee is holding their regular monthly meeting this Monday, June 2 at noon in the downtown group offices. The office is located at 109 N. Brady Street (2nd floor above Brady Street Florist and Scenic Travel). The meetings are always the first Monday of each month at noon.
This committee has the task of improving the look, feel, walkability and driveability of downtown DuBois for citizens and visitors of DuBois. The committee is always looking for civic-minded folks who want to help their community. No expertise needed, but a willingness to help organize or execute various projects is appreciated. This group is involved in everything from major streetscape projects to flower planting and everything in between. Design is one of the four committees that makes up the revitalization program.
