GRASSFLAT – The Clearfield State Police reported an accidental fire resulted in $30,000 worth of damage to a two-story Grassflat residence Saturday morning.
According to the report, the Grassflat Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene and determined an extension chord, which was located in the living room and provided electricity to a light, caused the fire.
No one was home at the time of the fire.
