CLEARFIELD – A campaign to raise funds for fish stocking paid off on Thursday.
Stacy Bressler of the Curwensville Anglers Restocking Program was presented with a $1,000 check to help in CARP’s efforts to stock walleye in Curwensville Lake.
Pat Domico will also use $1,000 raised through the campaign to stock trout in the Susquehanna River.
The campaign was held at Billy’s Burger Land. Domico praised owner Priscilla Brown for her help and efforts with the project.
“It was because of Priscilla,” said Domico
He also commented on the public’s support.
“This (donations) is all done by the people.”
