It has been stated in article after article The Clearfield Municipal Authority continues to attribute the loss of their revenue, and the need for a rate increase, to greater water conservation by its customers.
Instead, maybe CMA should look at the loss of revenue due to the decline of customers because everyone is being forced to leave the community due to the lack of businesses, jobs, and the overall economic condition of Clearfield.
The slow death of Clearfield continues on ……………….
