GREENWOOD TOWNSHIP – State police in Clearfield reported an accident that occurred along state Route 219.
An Ebensburg man was traveling along SR 219 near Camp Corbly Road. He was traveling too fast for conditions as he attempted to round a left curve in the roadway. He lost control of his vehicle, left the south berm and struck the guide rail. He then traveled over the guide rail and down an embankment. The vehicle struck a treet and continued down the embankment, overturning and spilling its cargo.
Police were assisted by Mahaffey Emergency Medical Services and Fire Depearment and PennDOT. The driver will be cited. No injuries were reported.
