CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield-Jefferson Chapter American Red Cross has participated in the Competence Evaluation Program for several years. This program administers the testing of nurse aids for State Certification. Our nurses have traveled to many area Nursing homes and schools through the years to test these students.
While devising the floor plan for our new office at 1100 S. Second St., a room was constructed for us to become a Regional Testing Site for these students. Anyone needing to take the test to certify as a nurse aid or a facility that has a class of students can request to come to the Clearfield Site. For more information, call the office at 765-5516.
