DUBOIS – The flight schedule at the DuBois Regional Airport is set to change Monday.
The Clearfield-Jefferson Counties Regional Airport Authority heard the news Friday, and the biggest change is an earlier Saturday Flight.
The previous departure from the airport on Saturdays was 12:15 p.m., and Marketing Director Denise Trunzo said moving that to 7:05 a.m. is a plus.
She said she believes the move will open up more leisure travel opportunities to residents of the tri-county area. Trunzo added that with the change, someone can fly out of DuBois at 7:05 a.m. and be in Orlando by noon.
With the changes, Trunzo and Airport Manager Bob Shaffer are urging all travelers to reconfirm their flights.
