PHILIPSBURG – A 51-year-old man who was wanted by authorities was found to be incarcerated at the Moshannon Valley Correctional Center.
Thomas Villegas-Lucio was wanted in Prince George’s County, Maryland, on unknown charges.
Villegas-Lucio was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella and now awaits extradition proceedings.
