Inlow Enters Register and Recorder Race

CLEARFIELD – Maurene Inlow, a 26-year veteran of the Clearfield County Register and Recorder’s office, has announced her candidacy for the Republican nomination for the office of Clearfield County Register and Recorder in the May 15 primary election.

Inlow, 47, resides in Lawrence Township with her husband, Chuck, and their two children, Laura and Michael. She is the daughter of the late Kenneth Fay and Janice E. Bell. She is a member of the West Side United Methodist Church where she has taught Sunday school for the last 10 years.

Inlow has worked in this same office since 1978. She has had the honor of working under the last four register and recorders, Cecil Burns, Tim Morgan, Michael R. Lytle and Karen L. Starck. For the last 15 years, she has served as deputy register and recorder. This direct knowledge and experience has given her valuable insight into the operations of the office.

With her direct knowledge of this office, Inlow feels she is a very qualified candidate for this position. She promises to continue her commitment and dedication to the office and would like to put her energy and experience to work for Clearfield County as the next register and recorder.
