CLEARFIELD – PennDOT/District 2 is advising all motorists that the Interstate 80 eastbound passing (left) lane will be restricted Tuesday near mile marker 140 in Centre County. The restriction is necessary to allow crews to remove debris from a previous crash. The lane closure is expected to be in place from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Traffic will be able to move through the area in the right (travel) lane.
A variable message board will be in place to alert motorists to the lane restriction and clean-up work.
That information will also be available on the Highway Advisory Radio System at 1640 on the AM dial.
PennDOT reminds drivers to exercise caution in this area and to always buckle-up.
