CLEARFIELD – Plans for Thrills in the Hills are continuing to develop including a stunt show.
The Clearfield County Volunteer Fire Department Fair & Park Board and DuBois Harley-Davidson are working in conjunction with the Clearfield Chamber of Commerce and Clearfield County Recreation and Tourism Authority to ensure this year’s event exceeds the previous two and encompasses the community as a whole.
By land or by water, there will be plenty of motor thrills in Clearfield County the weekend of June 29 through July 1.
Thrills in the Hills is set for the June 29 and 30 with featured entertainment by Grand Funk Railroad, who will take the main stage at 7 p.m. on June 30. Also appearing will be The Ozone Rangers performing on the Litz Stage on June 29 at 8 p.m., as well as Rusty Gun Revival on the Litz Stage at 3 p.m. on June 30.
Tickets for Thrills in the Hills will be: advance $11 and gate $15.

Thrills on the Water will entertain crowds at Curwensville Lake with boat races, a die-cast derby, craft festival and plenty of food and other vendors.
The main event features American Power Boat Association Sanctioned Speedboat Races. Racers from as far away as Texas, Canada, Michigan, and Florida plan to come vie for points and trophies.
