WEST DECATUR – A Boggs Township man will find himself in court once again for actions against those affiliated with the municipality.
Frank Norris is accused of calling Boggs Township Secretary Denise Dobo lewd names following the December meeting of the Boggs Township Supervisors.
Norris is charged with a summary harassment count, and could face a maximum fine of $300. Magisterial District Judge Michael Rudella could also impose a jail sentence of up to 90 days.
A hearing is scheduled on the matter Jan. 26 at 10 a.m. in Rudella’s office.
GantDaily will be there and will provide an update on the matter.
Norris and his wife were recently found guilty of separate harassment charges for following Boggs Township Supervisor Bill Dickson to a Philipsburg restaurant and bar following the township’s October meeting. They were each fined $100 plus court costs after that hearing.
