ALTOONA – Mary Forr, daughter of Thomas and Patricia Forr of Altoona, and student at Bishop Guilfoyle High School, won first place in the 2006 Central PA Pro-Life Oratory Contest.
The top two winners are invited to speak at the Bedford County Pro-Life Chapter’s Annual Pro-life Dinner. Mary delivered a touching speech named “Dear Mommy.”
