CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Choral Society welcomes singers, aged 16 and older, to join members as they prepare for their upcoming concert, “Christmas Day.”
Rehearsals will be Mondays, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. beginning Sept. 16, 2024, at the Presbyterian Church of Clearfield.
The concert is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024 at 3:30 p.m., at the Presbyterian Church of Clearfield. The church is located at 119 N. Second St., in downtown Clearfield.
Those coming to rehearsals will enter using the double-glass doors on Pine Street.
Registration can be completed online by visiting www.ClearfieldChoralSociety.org or in person at rehearsals. After registering, you will have the option to pay your $40 registration fee online, or you can pay the fee at the first rehearsal with cash or a check written to Clearfield Choral Society.
Music will be distributed at rehearsals. The last day to register is Sept. 30, 2024.
Clearfield Choral Society currently falls under the umbrella of the Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre Inc. (CAST).
However, Clearfield Choral Society has recently appointed a steering committee with the intention of the choir becoming its own non-profit organization. The choir will be looking for community support to make this happen, and encourage you to give generously in support of the program.
