CHESTER HILL – The Redevelopment Authority of Clearfield County has announced that its staff will be conducting a demographic survey in order to apply for funding to assist Chester Hill Borough with street improvements.

Chester Hill Borough has identified the need for reconstruction to sections of Laura and Edwards streets as well as Roland Avenue within the borough.

Residents in the proposed project area will receive a survey in the mail, a phone call, and if needed, door-to-door contact. This survey will conclude on Sep. 21, 2024.

According to Lisa Kovalick, RACC executive director, this survey will help identify funding sources for the Chester Hill Borough’s street improvements.

The survey is approximately six questions, and staff ask for the residents’ cooperation and assistance during this short survey, as they continue their mission of creating healthy, safe and prosperous neighborhoods in Clearfield County.
