RIDGWAY – On Saturday, Oct. 19, Ridgway will host the first-ever Harvest Daze Festival, a one-day event offering something for everyone, making it the perfect way to celebrate the fall season while bringing an exciting and lively event to downtown Ridgway.

From music to local vendors, food and family-friendly activities, the festival aims to become a new fall tradition in town.

“We really wanted to do something highlighting local businesses while also bringing in some new faces,” said Community and Economic Development Coordinator Emma Coppolo, one of the event’s organizers.

“I think the variety of vendors is unique to other festivals, and I’m excited to see how our first year goes.”

Festival-goers will enjoy a full day of live music, delicious food from local food trucks and a wide selection of beverages from regional wineries and breweries.

Featured musical performances include local talent like Hunter Robinson, Eric Koval, Irelynn and Caleb and Dagus Dan.

Along with live entertainment, the festival will feature a marketplace of local vendors showcasing handcrafted items and seasonal goods. Kid-friendly activities will be available throughout the day, making it a great event for families.

Additionally, local restaurants and businesses will offer special promotions, giving attendees a chance to explore downtown Ridgway.

This festival is a collaborative effort led by local businesses and community members, all working together to spotlight Ridgway’s best assets—its people, creativity and community spirit.

“We wanted to celebrate the beauty of fall in our corner of the PA Wilds and bring talented musicians, artists, and local businesses together for the public to enjoy,” said Sara Frank, executive director of the Elk County Council on the Arts and another organizer of the event.

In addition to offering a fun, community-focused day, the Harvest Daze Festival is giving back to the local area. Interested vendors can visit ECCOTA.com for details on how to participate.

Early-bird vendor fees are available until Oct. 1, and all remaining proceeds from vendor fees, after covering event expenses, will be donated to the Ridgway Parks Revitalization Program, helping to improve local parks and community spaces.
