Osceola Mills Man Accused of Possessing Child Pornography Pleads Guilty

CLEARFIELD– An Osceola Mills man accused of possessing child pornography pleaded guilty Monday during sentencing court.

Joshua Michael Ochenduszko, 41, was sentenced to serve a total sentence of 3.5 to 15 years in state prison and 24-month of re-entry probation for 10 felony counts of sexual abuse of children by President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman. It was determined that he is not a sexually-violent predator, according to a court employee.

The criminal complaint details how the investigation began after authorities received a cyber tip in March 2023 regarding images of child pornography uploaded to Reddit.

The images were uploaded by an e-mail used by Ochenduszko from an IP address owned by Comcast. This was then traced to Ochenduszko’s residence in Osceola Mills.

On Oct. 17, a search warrant was executed on his home by agents of the AG’s office and state police.

When questioned, he admitted to observing child porn on his phone within the last year.

“He went on to say that he was ashamed of his behavior and stopped looking at the material some time ago,” according to the affidavit of probable cause.

In addition to the images already reported, the agents found more child porn images on his cell phone, for a total of 20 photos.
