CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Regional police reported the apprehension of Allen Erskine, 41, of Clearfield on a state parole warrant.
According to a department-issued news release, information was received Oct. 13 that Erskine was at a residence in the 400-block of East Locust Street.
Police subsequently sought a search warrant but while waiting for its arrival, an officer saw Erskine exit the residence and attempt to enter a friend’s vehicle. Erskine was taken into custody at that time.
