State police are investigating an incident of terroristic threats in Bigler Twp. A male and female resident have received threatening letters via USPS from an inmate currently incarcerated with the Department of Corrections. The investigation continues. State police responded to an accident on the Woodland Bigler Hwy. A vehicle traveling west struck the rear of another vehicle while approaching slower traffic. No injuries were reported
