Culinary Arts Students Making Cupcakes for Fundraiser

CLEARFIELD – Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center have been busy creating cupcakes for a fundraiser for a local student.

Students in the program are making several different kinds of cupcakes with decorative icing from scratch. Cupcakes will be sold to faculty and students in-house at CCCTC.

Students and faculty at CCCTC will join others across the nation during the month of February to celebrate “National Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month.” 

CTE Month provides programs across the country an opportunity to demonstrate how CTE makes students college-and career-ready and prepares them for high-wage, high-demand occupation fields.
