State police at Clearfield
- The investigation is ongoing after troopers recovered a stolen vehicle from Franklin, Pa., on Oct. 28 along the Woodland-Bigler Highway in Bradford Township.
- State police received a report about a trespassing incident Oct. 23 on Hammer Road in Jordan Township. During the incident, a 39-year-old Irvona woman and a 36-year-old Olanta man were allegedly living in the woods on the victim’s property. Charges were filed through the district court.
- State police conducted a traffic stop that resulted in a drug violation Oct. 27 in the 1600 block of Vulcan Road in Bigler Township. During the stop, Ashley McGary, 32, of Madera was allegedly found in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was subsequently charged for the violation through the office of Magisterial District Judge James Glass.
- State police received a report about an incident of disorderly conduct Oct. 22 on Main Street in Coalport Borough. During an altercation, a 30-year-old Coalport man allegedly struck a 22-year-old Tyrone man in the face, and was subsequently removed from an establishment. Charges were filed through the district court.
Clearfield Borough
- Police received a report about a possible altercation between two individuals at a local residence. Upon arrival, officers deescalated the incident but while on-scene, they detected indictors of drug activity. A search warrant was obtained and police allegedly located numerous items of contraband, including illegal firearms. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
- Police received a report about an incident of retail theft at a local business, during which multiple boxes of ammunition were stolen.
- Police reported that a black case containing a tattoo kit was located at a business on South Second Street.
- Police received a report about an altercation, during which a male suffered a laceration to his arm. Upon investigation, it was found a female allegedly broke a glass coffee pot on the male. He was transported to the hospital for medical treatment; the female was taken into custody by police.
- Police responded to an alarm at a local bank; upon arrival, it was found to be a false alarm.
