WINGATE — For the second week in a row, Bison running back Brett Zattoni eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark and scored three touchdowns to lead the JV squad and keep the unbeaten streak intact.
The Bison climbed to 6-0-2 on the season after the 42-6 win over their hosts, the Bald Eagle Area Eagles, on Monday night.
Caleb Freeland added three long scores – a 60-yard TD reception from Barrett Kline, a 39-yard interception return, and a 45-yard score on his only rushing attempt – to secure the blowout.
Zach Hess went six for six on point afters to close out the scoring.
The Bison will look to close out their season without a loss in two weeks when they host the Karns City Gremlins in two weeks with a 4:00 start at the Bison Sports Complex.
