Judge Denies Accused Heroin Dealer’s Request for Lower Bail

CLEARFIELD – A DuBois man accused of selling heroin that caused at least two overdoses was in court Friday asking for his bail to be lowered.

PA Task Force One Departs for Texas; 45 Members Receive Federal Mobilization Orders

HARRISBURG – Gov. Tom Wolf announced that 45 members of PA Task Force One, Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, recently departed from Philadelphia to report immediately to Fort Worth, Texas to assist in water rescue and search and rescue efforts there as Hurricane Harvey continues to bring rain to the Gulf Coast.

RIDGWAY TOWNSHIP – A 70-year-old Johnsonburg woman, Theresa A. Steudler, has been accused of stabbing her husband Monday at a Silver Creek Road residence in Ridgway Township.
