PHILIPSBURG – The second-ever “Wing Ding Thing” will be held from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sept. 9 in downtown Philipsburg.
Tickets are $5 each. If you purchase advance tickets, you will be entered into a prize drawing. The drawing is for a two-night getaway to Cleveland, Ohio.
The getaway package includes: two nights at the Hilton in the downtown historic district; dinner for two at the Hard Rock Café; passes to the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame; and a $300 Visa gift card.
Several local restaurants are taking part in the event, such as Joey’s to Go, Philipsburg Super Bowl, Pizza Hut, The Remedy, The Rendevouz, HI-Way Pizza with the Hope Fire Co., McCulley’s Wing Trolley, Carol’s Concessions and more.
The event will kick off with live entertainment by Sam I Am and Matt in the Hat on stage and followed by Hitchcock Railroad.
Hope Fire Co. will give away its 2017 Chevy Silverado at 7 p.m.; the $5,000 (value) Shed winner will be drawn at 7:30 p.m.; and the Reliance Fire Co. will draw the winners of its cash giveaways at 7:45 p.m.
A variety of beer and mixed drinks will be available throughout the event.
