Spikes, Cardinals renew affiliation through 2018

The State College Spikes announced on Wednesday a two-year extension of its Player Development Contract (PDC) with the St. Louis Cardinals. The extension renews the Spikes’ affiliation with the Cardinals through the 2018 New York-Penn League season.
