Spikes wrangle big win over Scrappers

Ryan McCarvel led the drive with his fifth homer of the season and three runs batted in as the Spikes got back on the winning trail with a 9-3 victory over the Mahoning Valley Scrappers on Saturday night at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
