CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Industrial Development Authority (CCIDA) continues its mission to support the growth of businesses located in Clearfield County.
Through its Revolving Loan Fund Program, the CCIDA offers financing assistance to address funding gaps for businesses engaged in start-up or expansion projects.
The CCIDA is pleased to announce a reduction in the interest rate charged to approved borrowers with the rate being fixed at 4.75 percent for the duration of the loan.
This rate will remain in effect for applications received through the fourth quarter of 2024.
Eligible applicants will be industrial or commercial in nature and eligible uses include: acquisition of real estate, new construction, renovations or purchase of machinery and equipment.
Refinancing of existing debt is not eligible. Loan requests may not exceed 50 percent of the total project cost, or $100,000; whichever is less.
Any form of public or private financing may be used in conjunction with proceeds from the Revolving Loan Fund Program.
