At least one person was critically injured and eight others wounded in a shooting Wednesday night near one of Tel Aviv’s most popular outdoor markets, Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said in a statement.
One person has been arrested, Rosenfeld reported on his official Twitter account. Police are searching for one suspect, Rosenfeld said.
Rosenfeld said two of the victims were seriously injured.
