It’s that time of year again when movie fans and odds makers turn their eyes to Hollywood.
Sunday is the day for the 88th Academy Awards which will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles California. Here is what you need to know:
When to watch
The official ceremony begins at 7 p.m. EST, but there will be plenty to watch before then.
CNN will present “Hollywood’s Biggest Night” hosted by Don Lemon and Michaela Pereira live from the Oscar’s red carpet beginning at 6 p.m. EST.
How to watch
Cocktails or not is totally your call. But in addition to checking out the red carpet action and the show, don’t forget to head over to CNN’s Academy Awards vote to cast your ballot and follow along as we live tweet @CNNEnt and @CNN.

The show will air on ABC. You will also be able to stream it at the network’s site or via the ABC’s app.
